- Method of Processing and Legal Basis
a. The legal basis of the processing is the consent of the data subject.

In particular the processing of data for the purposes set out will take place in both computer-based via electronic media, and non-computer-based through paper, in compliance with the security rules provided by the GDPR, according to the internal organizational provisions of the Owner.
c. The recurrence of automated decision-making processes, including profiling, with reference to the data rendered by the Data Subject is excluded.
d. The newsletter service is managed by Voxmail, which will keep track of the email addresses entered, for the purpose of sending the emails.
- Provision of data and retention period
a. The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1 are mandatory as they are necessary for the proper management of the administrative / bureaucratic practices delegated, as well as the proper conduct of the contractual relationship between you and the professional.
b. Any refusal of authorization will result in the impossibility of providing the requested service.
c. The data will be stored for the time necessary to carry out the assignment, as well as for the time required by law in relation to the storage of the data/documents that record the data.
- Data sources, Data communication and dissemination
a. The data being processed is to be understood to be collected directly from the Data Subject or from sector operators in various capacities of the Owner, who collaborate with the same in the pursuit of the business purposes of carrying out the practices covered by the contract with the professional.
b. The following data will be collected:

– Social media profile
– Date of birth
– Social Security Number
– Residential address
– Payment information
– IP address
c. Usage data includes the following: IP (Internet Protocol) address of computers accessing the web site, Web page requests, Reference to web pages, Browser used to access the site, Time and date of access
d. Information will be collected from the website www.yourhouseinitaly.com , from free-access social content, and from client companies with which collaborative relationships are established.
e. The data provided may (be/will be) communicated to companies related to the professional, for the pursuit of the purposes set out in this privacy policy, as well as to public authorities, private entities and other operators in the sectors for which the professional’s assistance has been requested, including authorities to which communications must be sent to fulfill legal/fiscal obligations such as, by way of example: The data collected by the Owner for the above purposes may be provided to
