Barbara is heaven-sent. We had the dream of a pied-a-terre in Italy for over a decade. Over many months, we couldn’t get a single realtor to answer any messages, even ones who advertised English speaking. Then we found Barbara. She took the time to fully understand our needs from our very first zoom call. With her methods for each stage of the process, we learned some things that we thought were negligible were actually important, and vice versa. Barbara met us in person when we happened to be vacationing in the area, and she arranged appointments to view our short list of potential homes. We saw that she was 100% looking out for our best interests, while absorbing our feedback. Within the week, we had decided to put an offer in, and she flew down again to facilitate the process. She regularly reminded us that there was no rush, and no pressure.
When we came back for the final deed signing, Barbara promised a lot and delivered even more. She made appointments for utilities and services, insurance, (all must be done in person) that efficiently set us up for success. We really could not have done this without her. The entire journey took just 5 months. There are no words that can accurately capture our immense gratitude for this amazing human that made our dream a reality. Grazie mille mille!!
