People often ask me:
“How do you manage so many clients, so many homes, negotiations, and trips?”
The truth is: this is not just about properties.
It’s about listening to stories, sensing dreams that haven’t yet been spoken aloud, and standing beside someone as they make life-changing decisions.
Every client, every home, every contract is a fragment of life that crosses paths with mine.
And I step into each story with everything I have—my mind, my heart, and my soul.
These past few months have been intense.
Challenging, yes. But also deeply human, generous, and full of surprises.
And I felt the need to pause for a moment. Breathe.
And write it all down.
Salerno, with Tammy and Tiff (and a wonderful team)
It all started back in December with an unforgettable Discovery Call.
Then came March, and our first in-person meeting—the very first viewing.
A flight, the sea shimmering in the distance, and that soft Salerno light that always knows how to welcome you in.
From there, the journey picked up pace:
Kilometers on the road, late-night calls, early-morning emails, documents to adjust, and smiles to keep things moving.
By May, we had signed. But the real success? It wasn’t just the house.
It was the team we built along the way.
Together with Tammy and Tiff, we created a small ecosystem of incredible people:
✨ Andrea, shaping something truly meaningful with us, and Francesca, calm and unwavering
✨ Caterina and Giancarlo, who brought vision, warmth, and creative spirit
✨ Serena, the notary everyone wishes they had—professional, precise, and deeply human
T&T call me Mama Bear the Tank—because I protect, I lead, I carry forward.
And the truth is, I see myself in that nickname—silly and powerful at the same time.
Because that’s exactly how I want to be: strong, kind, unshakable. A safe presence when the path gets tough.
Lake Garda, with André and Christoph
With them, every detail was checked with care.
Square meters, floorplans, property records, actual measurements—everything reviewed, everything shared.
There were tough moments. Endless waits, slow responses, bureaucratic blocks.
But never a lack of trust.
I know we’ll get to that house—because when a home is meant for you, it always finds a way.
And they’re listening closely to its call.
That Mercedes Tour… and the magic of Franciacorta
What started as a property viewing tour quickly became a journey into the Italy I hold closest to my heart.
✨Franciacorta, with its golden vineyards.
✨Lake Iseo, calm and mirror-like.
Honest conversations over wine, between a visit and a negotiation.
We let ourselves go with the flow, no rush.
And that’s when the magic happens: when you’re not just searching for a house, but letting a place choose you.
Tuscany, 1-to-1s, and wandering souls
I’ve been back and forth to Tuscany and Sicily in recent months, with an open heart and ears.
Each meeting was different—people wanting to change their lives, find peace, or reconnect with their roots.
Like Angela, whose eyes hold both clarity and dreams. Or Anna, searching for something real in quiet, soulful villages.
We sat down, we talked. And often, we discovered much more than expected.
A consultation is never just technical.
It’s that moment when someone says, “Here… this could be home.”
Michael, Adrian, and Lake Iseo
Sometimes, the same lake holds very different dreams.
Michael was looking for a sanctuary.
A place of peace, intimacy, and light—somewhere to retreat, recharge, and simply be.
When we found the right apartment on Lake Iseo, it felt instantly aligned with his soul.
His offer was accepted, and now this quiet, welcoming space is becoming his own.
A home that reflects who he is, and who he’s becoming.
Then there’s Adrian and his family, who had a different dream in mind:
They were looking for a place to return to, year after year. A gentle nest for their holidays, and one day, a peaceful haven where they could grow old surrounded by beauty.
For them, Lake Iseo offered exactly that: stillness, charm, and authenticity.
The apartment we found isn’t just a property—it’s a space waiting for life to happen inside it.
Full of light. Full of stories to come.
And when I picture both of them—Michael with his morning coffee, Adrian’s family gathered for a lakeside dinner—I know this is what “home” truly means.
Pavllou and Kari: a bond beyond words
Pavllou was one of my very first Instagram followers.
For nearly a year, she stayed in the background—observing, listening, quietly understanding who I am and how I work.
And then, one day… she reached out.
It all started with a Discovery Call—simple, honest, full of depth.
And then in May, we finally met in person.
And that’s when it happened:
love at first sight.
That rare, undeniable feeling—as if we had known each other forever.
No need to explain, no need to impress.
It just was.
The connection between us was instant, natural, and deeply mutual.
A trust that didn’t have to be built—because it was already there.
Her journey with Kari is still unfolding, and we’re walking it together with so much care, clarity, and joy.
Every time we speak, every decision we make side by side, I feel it again:
this is the most beautiful part of what I do.
Because some clients become companions.
And some stories—like this one—feel like home, even before a house is found.
New horizons ahead
The future is buzzing with energy.
New collaborations are taking shape, new guides are being written, and new locations are opening up.
I’ve also started exploring fresh areas like Lake Maggiore or Piedmont, where every village is a postcard and every villa holds a story.
It always starts in the same place:
a person, a story, a house.
And a place that makes your heart beat a little faster.
And then… all the other moments that shape you
Beyond the clients, the houses, the contracts—
there’s a whole world made of encounters, human connections, and professional growth that keeps me grounded and inspired.
There are the genuine conversations, the laughter over coffee, the visits that turn into heart-to-hearts with property owners.
There are the homeowners who open their doors and tell me their stories, letting me into the most intimate parts of their lives—not just to sell a house, but to pass on a piece of themselves.
And then there’s FIAIP, the network I’m proud to be part of.
A professional association that supports and protects me, yes—but more than that, it gives me colleagues who are prepared, passionate, and incredibly generous with their knowledge.
Every training session, every event, every handshake adds something to who I am.
Because in this job, you don’t just grow by working—you grow by sharing the road with others.
These are the things people don’t always see.
But they matter.
They shape you, strengthen you, and remind you that you’re not walking alone.
This is not a job you do halfway.
I bring all of me—always.
And those who choose to work with me feel that. They know it.
The people I accompany are protected.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I stay close. I walk with them. All the way through.
Thank you.
To those who’ve been with me. To those who are arriving.
To those who hear Italy calling… and can’t ignore it anymore.
I’ll see you among the Tuscan hills, by the shores of Lake Iseo, in the alleys of Salerno, through the vineyards of Franciacorta, or watching the sunset over Lake Maggiore.
I’ll see you among the homes yet to be discovered… and the dreams waiting to come true.
